We currently have an open, entry-level position for a Receptionist at our Angelus Plaza site, located in Los Angeles, CA.
JOB DUTIES:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills (must be a people person)
- Manage the reception area by answering phones, making copies, mailing, faxing, greeting residents and visitors
- Assist Rental Office staff with checking in residents/applicants for appointments and preparation of Annual Recertification documents
- Prepare Memos, rent receipts, and notices for distribution to residents
- Order monthly office supplies
- Maintain Resident databases
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Bilingual in either Chinese, Korean or Spanish preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent with office experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to handle constant change in a fast-paced environment and able to deal with multiple people and various situations simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
This is a Full–Time Position: Eligible for Benefits. This job is offering $ 17.00-$17.50 hourly.
