The Administrative staff works with the residents to ensure that residents continue to receive their rental subsidy. They process applicants in from our large wait list when vacancies occur. We have six on-site Resident Office Managers who oversee the building safety and respond to the needs of our residents.
We also have a team of Social Service Coordinators, who collaborate with residents and the community to effectively address residents’ needs that allows them to maintain their independent lifestyle. Their duties also include conducting service needs assessments, providing information, and referrals to various agencies.
Our maintenance staff takes care of all resident work orders and keeps the buildings safe and sanitary.
The Senior Activity Center staff coordinates and oversees all the scheduled events and activities (including day trips) at the center. All of these activities are available to Angelus Plaza residents and those living throughout Los Angeles County. All of these activities are designed to keep our seniors active and engaged.
