We currently have an open, entry-level position for a Receptionist at our Angelus Plaza site, located in Los Angeles, CA.

JOB DUTIES:

  1. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills (must be a people person)
  2. Manage the reception area by answering phones, making copies, mailing, faxing, greeting residents and visitors
  3. Assist Rental Office staff with checking in residents/applicants for appointments and preparation of Annual Recertification documents
  4. Prepare Memos, rent receipts, and notices for distribution to residents
  5. Order monthly office supplies
  6. Maintain Resident databases

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
  2. Bilingual in either Chinese, Korean or Spanish preferred
  3. High School diploma or equivalent with office experience preferred
  4. Strong organizational skills
  5. Must be able to handle constant change in a fast-paced environment and able to deal with multiple people and various situations simultaneously
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

This is a FullTime Position: Eligible for Benefits. This job is offering $ 17.00-$17.50 hourly.
